These NEW workout sequences and moves + using the 9WCF equipment get you stunning results by giving you a comprehensive approach to taking control of the things that truly dictate the quality of your life, like strength, stamina, nutrition, and even sleep. IT'S TIME TO TAKE CONTROL!!!

WHAT KINDS OF WORKOUTS ARE IN 9 WEEK CONTROL FREAK?

9WCF is 5 days of exercise per week : 3 DCT-T (Density, Complexes, and Tabata Training), one day of Total Body Tone, and one day of Tabata Cardio & Core. 

​

In addition, there will be supplemental 10 min. bonus workouts to target certain muscle groups.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED? 

​

You'll need a few key pieces of equipment to do 9 Week Control Freak:

​

  • Control Track with B-Lines Resistance Band. This adjustable resistance device easily attaches to a qualified door or can be mounted on a wall (COMES IN YOUR 9WCF BUNDLE)

  • Core Ball (COMES IN YOUR 9WCF BUNDLE)

  • Dumbells: light, medium, and heavy

  • Fitness Step (OPTIONAL ADD ON TO YOUR ORDER)

WHAT IS RECOMMENDED NUTRITIONALLY WITH  9WCF?

 

The human body is unbelievably complex, as are its daily nutritional needs. To take on the 9WCF workouts, and continue to change for the better, the body needs optimal nutrition.

 

(WCF comes with BOTH the portion control Macros Made Easy Nutrition Plan, AND for those that need more guidance, but a less strict approach in this area, or are starting this program needing to break some BAD nutritional habits, it is HIGHLY recommended that you also participate in Mindful Nutrition as your preferred nutrition guide.
