  • Mix with a minimum of 2-2.5 cups fluid

  • Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut or Almond Milk & water is BEST 

  • If using fruit know that counts toward your purple container for the day.

  • Adding a slice of Avocado or 1/4 zucchini adds to the thickness of the smoothie. 

  • Always add ice!

(These supplements dramatically improve overall performance for some of the more rigorous programs. I personally use energize daily as my little pre-workout kick, and LOVE my Chocolate recover for any days that I'm doing resistance training.)

(Electrolyte mixes!! These are a GOD send for replacing electrolytes for not only me but also my family! I even make popsicles out of both to have on hand as snacks AND in place of pedialyte with my little one gets sick.)
