It's said that we become the combined average of the 5 people we spend the most time with. Pause, to think about that for a second....
The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study on accountability and found that you have a 65% of completing a goal if you commit to someone. And if you have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%!!!
So it's a damn good thing you're here and we're committed to this process together, cause Girl... I GOT YOU!!
My goal is to help you make this a complete LIFESTYLE shift that sticks with you and becomes part of WHO YOU ARE! The best way to do that is to DIVE in, surround yourself with, and embrace this new amazing community you are now apart of.
That means SHOWING UP! Being accountable to the goals you've now set and the people including myself that you have committed to showing up for!!
This process will hopefully teach you to become your own BEST COACH. To learn where you need to stretch out of your comfort zone, WHO you need to grow into, to live your healthiest, happiest, and most fulfilled life.
There will be tough days, you will "fall off the wagon" at some point. We are here to always have a hand out, to help you get back up and remind you WHY you started this journey in the first place.
COMMUNITY & ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE SECRET SAUCE!
I recommend you log your daily workouts and food journals to get yourself into the habit of being MINDFUL about your nutrition and daily activity, until it becomes a habit. I also encourage you to get to know and interact with the ladies in the Virtual Wellness Studio so that you may have the camaraderie, and develop friendships with like-minded women who, like you, want to live healthier lives!!
We CAN do this and we ARE BETTER TOGETHER!
