IT'S ABOUT TO GET REAL!!! It's said that a Goal without a plan is just a wish... I'm here to make sure that you put a PLAN in place to make your goals a REALITY

HERE ARE 5 TIPS TO TURN YOUR GOALS INTO A REALITY

1. LET GO OF THE OUTCOME

The first, and most important, step in goal setting is to stop trying to control the timing—let things happen when they’re meant to. “When you try to control the outcome, you get in the way, and in turn, lack the support of the universe. In many ways, you energetically block your organic capacity to create change", The energy spent on trying to control your timing gets in the way of allowing and creating long-lasting change. Set daily intentions, or using affirmations like “I’m ready for change and I let go of the outcome” or “I release time and I allow.”

 

2. FOCUS ON THE GOAL IN A POSITIVE WAY

It’s easy to set up negative goals that focus on what you don’t want, rather than what you do want but how you frame your goal is everything. Instead of focusing on a goal of not wanting to be sick, focus on your wellness. Re-frame your goal so that it’s positive. If your goal is, ‘I don’t want to be broke anymore,’ instead, focus on, ‘I desire abundance.’” Spend your time on bringing positive awareness and attention to your goal. “I don’t want to be out of shape” becomes “I want to be healthy.” Sounds simple, and it is, but it’s also super impactful. 
 

3. FEEL YOUR FEELINGS

People fail at goal setting because they don’t truly believe they can create change. Your belief system has to line up with your desire, and if you don’t believe it, then you don’t receive it. See yourself feeling that goal during your daily meditation. Think your way into the outcome, and feel the feelings of what it’s like to be moving in that direction of momentum.
 

4. ONLY SPEAK POSITIVELY ABOUT YOUR GOALS

Rather than saying things like, “I’m trying to change that habit but it’s really hard,” bring positive energy to the intention. Your belief system has to line up with your desire, and if you don’t believe it, then you don’t receive it. Also, speak to positive people about your goals. You want to have spiritual running buddies who support your desires, not people who don’t believe in you! Identify your spiritual wellness running buddy here in our Virtual Wellness Studio & in your Day to Day live, and plan a weekly check in on where you’re at with your goals!
 

5. REPEAT POSITIVE BEHAVIORS

Repeating the same behaviour regularly is how we create long-lasting change. Make that new behaviour and attitude a daily jig, not just a one-time thing! To keep yourself accountable, use our VIRTUAL WELLNESS STUDIO Daily Accountability logs or keep personal logs to journal and write down where you’re at with your goal first thing in the morning with your morning ShakeO or matcha, or do it just before bed at night.
