LET'S EAT!!!

FOOD!!! One of my favorite topics! I am a self proclaimed Fit Foodie, and part of the reason I've tricked myself into LOVING fitness is because I want to EAT, and eat well!! ;) 

 

You'll learn as we spend more time together that I am NOT into "Diets". The word "diet" has so many negative connotations and feelings around it. Really, Who wants to live your life on a diet? NOT ME!!! 

 

I DO BELIEVE, and it has been my personal experience as well as the experience of those in my communities that while food should be enjoyed, FOOD IS ALSO MEDICINE.

 

By living with a MINDFUL EATING approach we begin to pay attention to the of quality, quantity, & types of foods we choose to put in our bodies. Which allows us to have a PROFOUND ability to heal ourselves from the inside out, and positively impacts our overall health, fitness, and energy!

For this reason I will encourage you to view this journey as a discovery of what types of foods you feel best eating. I'm not here to push any agenda of  "Fad Diets" or Restrictive Diets (Atkins, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, and so on)

 

I WILL advocate that you use our time together to learn about fueling your body with CLEAN WHOLE FOODS, and eliminate/drastically reduce any FAKE processed foods using one of the following 2 programs I have listed below 2B Mindset or Ultimate Portion Fix.

FAKE food (anything coming in a package/processed) provides next to NO nutritional value, and one of my goals as a coach is to help you find optimal wellness, energy, and vitality by eating a balance of clean whole foods in the right portions!! Stay tuned for more on this!!!
