Changing my thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes about what I was GAINING from living a more health centered life, verses what I was giving up was the pivotal piece that changed EVERYTHING! I started to see it as a fun and challenging adventure that I was excited to make my lifestyle. But it only happened because I was willing to work on this part more than any other area. I've included the link to the Audio Series Living Your Best Year Ever (INCLUDED BELOW)

which will help you take a HUGE step in the right direction. Listening along with participating will reinforce your development of healthy habits that will stick! :)

 

I HIGHLY recommend other Audio Books or Podcasts because you can listen as you're getting ready in the a.m., while you're driving, working out, doing dishes, folding laundry, on a walk, and you'll be fueling your mind with the content you need to shift your thinking.
