I totally get that with the crazy life you lead, that taking care of YOU may seem like the last thing that NEEDS to get done, but TRUST ME when I tell you that by TAKING CARE OF YOU, you will be better equipped to show up Happier, Healthier, more Confident, and more Energetic for all your other roles in life!!

One of the best parts about doing your fitness in this way, is that it's a HUGE time saver! No more driving to a gym, dealing with traffic, finding child care, waiting for your favorite group x class to start, standing around wondering what to do on what machine, or trying to find a time that works in your busy schedule to meet up with a trainer. 

​

Your workouts will be available when ever, and from WHERE ever you want to do them! Putting you in complete control of making them happen.

PLUS.... most of my favorite programs have MASSIVELY EFFECTIVE workouts that are ONLY 20-30 MINS!!

  • WHAT IF I HAVE TO SKIP A DAY? 

As our good friend Dory says "Just keep swimming!" If you miss a day or fall off track, jump right back in where you left off. Don't try to play catch up, or double up. Remember we are after a LIFESTYLE shift here. That's where the REAL LASTING results will come!!!

  • WHAT IF I'M INTO OTHER THINGS?? (I.E. YOGA, CROSSFIT, RUNNING)

One of the most wonderful parts about B.O.D. is that with over 400 Different types of workouts you have VARIETY to choose. Making it the perfect way to either compliment your active lifestyle or serve as your primary source of workouts. you can follow a program from start to finish (RECOMMENDED), or do workouts a la cart or using one of our hybrid calendars to meet your needs and fitness level. as you coach I'll always be available to help you choose which is best for you, but also have fun trying a variety of different workouts that meat your needs.

  • WHAT IF IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE WORKED OUT & AM OUT OF SHAPE?

The variety on B.O.D. is unparalleled. There is even a feature along the top that allows you to sort workouts by level of intensity. as your coach I'll also help you choose the right program for you, or you can check out This Helpful Guide to Help You Decide

  • CAN I USE THESE WORKOUTS AT THE GYM? 

ABSOLUTELY!! Because you can take your workouts anywhere either by streaming to your mobile device or by downloading them, there are many programs that work well in a gym setting. Guiding you to what workouts and equipment to use. I'm happy to recommend any such programs. also under each program is a printable of the workout exercises in each workout, if you prefer to print the moves/workouts to do in the gym and track your weights.
