Memberships are for a year. During that time we'll work together to determine which programs & workouts you'll do. I like to keep things interesting. Programs typically last anywere form 3 weeks to 2 months.
I offer ongoing support and training and match your pace and personal needs from there.
HOW MUCH IS THE INVESTMENT?
I do NOT charge for my coaching.
